Hi! My name is Claire and I am a Creative Producer and avid storyteller. I fell in love with television production as a kid growing up on sets and have never stopped my love for the creative world.

I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2020. I majored in Information Science & Esociety with a minor in marketing through the Eller College of Management. I have experience using Wordpress, Adobe Indesign, and Photoshop.

I have worked as a Producer for several genres of television including true crime, home renovation, DIY, reality tv, vertical shorts, and a variety of clip shows on YouTube channels. Let’s work together!

  • Supported the director on set by managing the logistics and ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Created call sheets for cast and crew. Additionally created production schedules and ensured production stayed on track for the 12 hour shoot days.

Research Producer / Fix Producer | Warner Brothers Telepictures ‘True Crime News’ July 2024- Present

  • Researched court documents, police reports, and media sources to ensure all the information for the show was accurate.

  • Read through scripts and watched episodes and gave my research notes.

  • Took notes in the daily screening of the show with the executive producers then went into the scripts and the edit bays to ensure all notes were addressed and fixes were made.

Associate Producer | TRUSTED MEDIA BRANDS/ JUKIN MEDIA March 2022 – June 2023

  • Supported the launch of a new 24/7 streaming channel (“At Home with Family Handyman”) distributed across Samsung TV and Roku.

  • Develop original, unscripted programming and user-generated YouTube content within the family and DIY spaces

  • Assisted in the creation and production of 5 clip-driven series each comprised of 13 episodes. Source and compile relevant content from individual YouTube channels and organize production logistics.

  • Provide field assistance to producers during onsite shoots for an original program ‘Pet Palaces’

  • Assisted with casting, episodic themes, title concepts, and interviewing of hosts and guests to generate back story.

  • Utilize project management software (Monday.com) to ensure production, editing, and launch milestones are met.

Associate Producer / Casting Associate | HOUSE HUNTERS / HGTV Oct 2020 – Mar 2022

  • Hired as production assistant and rapidly promoted to associate producer for the hit TV series. Supported producers in casting, booking, logging footage, handling releases, and captioning stills for episodes at various stages of production.

  • Attended weekly casting meetings to discuss potential talent, storylines, and interview schedules. Assisted with editing tapes by cutting down casting interviews into short highlight reels for producers and network executives. Additionally casted multiple episodes.

  • Coordinated appearance, location, and material releases for upcoming episodes.

  • Assembled location lists, logged footage codes for individual scenes, and ensured proper documentation on all items.
